Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and planning, providing insightful guidance to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will drive performance optimization, growth opportunities, and financial risk mitigation while overseeing all aspects of accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance within a multi-concept dining business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and oversee the financial strategy and long-term planning to support growth and profitability.

• Manage accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

• Assess capital structure, funding strategies, and evaluate investment or M&A opportunities to drive expansion.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, working closely with operations and commercial units to improve cost control, efficiency, and overall profitability.

• Provide the leadership team with actionable financial insights to optimize performance and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian & Arabic nationalities.

• Age: 40 years or younger.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in the hospitality, retail, or F&B sector.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.
