Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Executive to manage front office responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while efficiently handling clerical and scheduling tasks to support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally, guiding them to the appropriate company personnel.

  • Support staff with administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, agenda management, and calendar coordination.

  • Handle all incoming calls promptly and take decisions or messages as necessary.

  • Maintain an up-to-date company calendar with important meetings and events.

  • Communicate company information to guests and staff through various channels as required.

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and document collation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks for smooth and efficient front office operations.

  • Professional demeanor and adherence to corporate etiquette and dress code.
