Role Overview:
We are hiring a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of high-quality construction materials. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, support vendor contract management, and coordinate closely with site and design teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality construction materials from reputable and approved suppliers.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure maximum value and efficiency.

• Analyze and verify technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare and manage tender documents for subcontractors and vendors.

• Coordinate with design and site teams for timely procurement and delivery.

• Track budgets and manage costs throughout the procurement process.

• Ensure all materials and procurement practices meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot supply chain or delivery issues promptly to avoid project delays.

• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate regular reports for management.

• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and managing contracts effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Dubai Municipality Certified.

• Degree must be attested by:

  • Home country’s Ministry of Education

  • UAE Embassy in your country

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE

• Languages: English & Hindi (fluency required).
