Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning content for a variety of stakeholders. You will be responsible for the full curriculum lifecycle, from needs analysis through to the development and evaluation of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses and instructional materials for a range of audiences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create job aids, facilitator guides, and other learning resources.

Utilize emerging e-learning technologies (e.g., mobile devices, social networking tools) to enhance course delivery.

Conduct needs analysis, develop course content, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.

Support the rollout of training programs and ensure they meet business objectives.

Implement tracking systems to measure the impact of training and manage the content lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.

1 year of experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Familiarity with instructional design processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
2 years of experience in adult learning theory.

Proven ability to design and develop e-learning programs using tools like Evolve or Articulate.

Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.
-
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
