We are hiring a skilled and visionary Head Baker to lead the launch and daily operations of a high-end café bakery concept in Dubai. As the Head Baker, you will drive innovation in artisanal bread, viennoiserie, cakes, and pastries while building and managing a top-tier bakery team from the ground up.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and test an extensive bakery menu featuring artisan breads, viennoiseries, and gourmet pastries.

• Oversee daily bakery production—mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing—to maintain premium product consistency.

• Lead recruitment, training, and development of bakery staff to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing to ensure quality while minimizing waste.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with procurement to secure the finest ingredients at optimal costs.

🧾 Qualifications:

• Must be based in the UAE.

• Maximum age: 38 years old.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in premium bakery operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Formal culinary training in pastry and bakery.

• Expertise in artisan bread and viennoiserie production.

• Creative, passionate, and detail-oriented with a drive to innovate.

• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
