Bashta Development LLC is seeking an Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, detail-oriented, and able to create aesthetic and non-standard designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of design, from concept to completion

• Simulate and calculate areas and volumes manually, and create drawings and visualizations

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure project alignment

• Work with suppliers and ensure quality control

• Provide designer supervision over the construction of designed facilities

• Participate in thematic seminars, conferences, and exhibitions

Job Requirements:

• Higher specialized education in architecture

• At least 2 years of experience in architecture, with a portfolio of work

• Proficiency in Windows OS, ArchiCAD (teamwork), MS Project, etc.

• Strong knowledge of building codes

• High level of detail in drawings and visualizations
