This full-time, on-site role involves crafting high-quality 3D visual representations for luxury projects including interiors, exteriors, and architectural details.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life through photorealistic renders and visual storytelling. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an acute attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-end 3D visualizations for interiors, exteriors, and detailed architectural elements

• Interpret design briefs and transform concepts into realistic 3D representations

• Work collaboratively with design and architecture teams to align visuals with project goals

• Utilize 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino

• Apply textures, lighting, and materials using rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine

• Keep up-to-date with visualization trends and tools to continually elevate output quality

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion)

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photorealistic renderings

• Keen eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to feedback quickly

• Knowledge of architectural drawings and CAD software is a plus
