Position Title: Service Delivery & Customer Experience Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 (all-inclusive)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager ensures the smooth and safe transportation of students and passengers while maintaining superior customer service standards. This role involves leading service delivery teams within the assigned region, coordinating closely with schools and internal departments, and ensuring strict compliance with STS Group policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day transport operations ensuring timely, safe, and reliable service.

Act as the primary point of contact for schools within the assigned cluster, resolving service issues effectively.

Drive service excellence through staff leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with local laws and STS Group operational protocols.

Report performance metrics, service gaps, and customer feedback to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

At least 5 years of experience in school transport or a related sector.

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Understanding of local school transport regulations.

Valid UAE driving license.

Must currently reside in the UAE.
