Job Description:
Keeta is seeking a dynamic (Sr.) Manager, User Growth to lead user acquisition and engagement strategy in the UAE. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end user growth—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization—by applying data-driven insights and innovative growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and implement user growth strategy for a specific country, focusing on acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Lead and execute growth experiments including channel acquisition, viral marketing tactics, and incentive/subsidy plans.

Conduct A/B tests to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).

Analyze user behavior to identify and leverage high-potential channels.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive growth dashboard; produce regular reports and recaps of key growth KPIs.

Collaborate with product and algorithm teams to enhance growth tooling and improve organic user acquisition efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in internet user growth; background in platform-based businesses such as e-commerce, O2O, or two-sided marketplaces preferred.

Hands-on expertise in growth hacking tactics, channel strategy, and user incentive models.

Proficient in data analysis and attribution tools.

Strong understanding of user psychology and behavior-driven incentive design.

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive growth goals and overcome bottlenecks from zero base.
