Job Description:
Hilton Dubai Palm is hiring a Receptionist who will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services to guests from check-in through check-out. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, manage guest inquiries, perform audit procedures, and support other departments when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient reception services including guest check-in and check-out.

Respond promptly and effectively to guest queries and feedback.

Communicate important guest information to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.

Maximize room occupancy through up-selling techniques and service promotions.

Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and hotel services.

Handle payments using correct procedures for foreign currency, credit cards, and cash.

Ensure adherence to hotel security, safety regulations, and brand standards.

Operate front-of-house systems and equipment in accordance with company procedures.

Support training and development initiatives within the front desk team.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school certificate or equivalent.

Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Competency in IT and property management systems.
Preferred:
-
Experience in cash handling.
-
Prior front desk or reception experience in the hospitality industry.
