We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to lead high-end interior fit-out operations for a top-tier facilities management and design-build company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and driving team performance across commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise complete fit-out project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.

• Lead cross-functional teams, oversee recruitment, team development, and performance evaluations.

• Handle government approvals, authority submissions, and compliance (DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC, DEWA, DCD, TECOM).

• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company protocols.

• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and ERP-based project reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing large-scale fit-out operations in the UAE.

• Mandatory experience with UAE authority submissions and free zones (JAFZA, DIFC, TECOM).

• Strong background in MEP and civil coordination.

• Excellent leadership, budgeting, and compliance skills.
