About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer – BMS Controls to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering customer-centric solutions in building automation and HVAC control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market visits and generate inquiries from contractors, consultants, FM companies, and end-users

• Create and pursue BMS/Controls sales opportunities

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

• Follow up on quotations, align solutions with customer needs, and coordinate with application engineers

• Source pricing and submit documentation to suppliers/factories

• Negotiate contract terms including payment, warranty, and delivery conditions

• Manage the transition of sales orders to operations and secure finance approvals

• Ensure compliance with payment and collection terms; assist with collections

• Participate in sales, backlog, and aging reviews

• Prepare technical submittals and handle order finalization processes

• Coordinate with logistics and finance for order deliveries and invoicing

• Provide customers with up-to-date technical materials, catalogs, and software updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 4–5 years of experience in BMS/Controls or related HVAC field, preferably in the UAE

• Knowledge of HVAC Control Systems, Chiller Plant Managers, and Building Automation

• Familiarity with ISO procedures and TQM practices

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related CRM/sales software

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual: English (required), Arabic (preferred)

• Customer-focused and analytical mindset

• Team player with strong presentation and coordination skills
