Randstad is partnering with a renowned, international multidisciplinary design firm based in Dubai, seeking a Senior Landscape Architect. This is a prime opportunity to contribute to a large-scale master plan development in Dubai.

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead the design and execution of landscape projects, from concept through construction. You’ll work closely with architects, urban designers, and engineers, ensuring the integration of creative and technical landscape solutions that align with project goals. You will play an integral role in delivering innovative, sustainable designs while maintaining client relationships and managing project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all stages of landscape architecture projects: concept, schematic, detailed design, tender documentation, and site supervision.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape designs with architectural, civil, and infrastructure elements.

• Develop culturally and environmentally responsive landscape concepts tailored to the Middle East region.

• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, technical specifications, and reports.

• Manage client relationships, attending meetings and providing updates as necessary.

• Mentor junior team members and promote design excellence within the team.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including Dubai Municipality approval processes.

• Supervise project implementation, coordinating with contractors and resolving any arising technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

• At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE/GCC region.

• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency across diverse project scales.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino). BIM and Revit experience is a plus.

• Expertise in regional plant species, climate-responsive design, and sustainable landscaping practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
