Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our company, with a focus on trade, export, and import transactions. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation, strong analytical skills, and experience in handling complex financial workflows. You will oversee core accounting functions, manage payroll and reimbursements, and support leadership with financial planning and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure accurate payroll processing and timely employee reimbursements.

• Manage cash flow, budget forecasting, and overall financial planning to ensure business stability.

• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Provide financial insights and process improvement recommendations to management.

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine operational matters.

Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in export/import or trade-focused businesses
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude
✔ Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail and multitasking capability
