BlackRock is seeking a motivated Associate for the Middle East Marketing team, based in Dubai. This role will assist in driving marketing initiatives for strategic partnerships, channel marketing, event management, and ensuring governance and compliance across the region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multi-channel marketing and a deep understanding of the Middle East market, with proficiency in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Middle East and Africa Marketing to execute objectives aligned with sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and execute key marketing plans that drive growth and visibility.

• Deliver channel marketing initiatives to increase partner engagement and sales, leveraging data insights.

• Plan and organize high-impact events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars, measuring success and ROI.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.

• Create and manage content for articles, blogs, and marketing materials.

• Improve user experience on the company website by enhancing content, tools, and performance.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial industry marketing or related roles.

• Proven experience working within the Middle East market.

• Familiarity with digital and creative agencies, as well as marketing channels (CRM, Digital, Paid Media).

• Proficiency in Arabic (Reading and Writing).
