A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to play a vital role in the planning and execution of building services across ongoing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically sound MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project delivery. UAE experience is mandatory. Maximum salary offered: AED 15,000/month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the MEP design team to align with project requirements.

• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with QS, procurement, and site teams to streamline project workflow.

• Manage materials approval and procurement schedules.

• Monitor MEP works on-site to ensure alignment with approved designs.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients/contractors.

• Lead coordination meetings to resolve issues and ensure progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP coordination is essential.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and compliance standards.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work from both the office and project sites as needed.
