Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer-facing role

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining call quality

Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools

Excellent negotiation skills and product explanation ability
