Bureau Veritas North America is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing end-to-end proposal development processes in collaboration with technical and business line teams. This position suits candidates with strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and experience in complex bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate RFPs and recommend go/no-go decisions to the technical team.

Coordinate and prepare expressions of interest, pre-qualification documents, and full proposals.

Assist with non-technical writing and document preparation, ensuring alignment with tender requirements.

Raise and manage pre-tender queries and liaise with clients for clarification.

Gather cost estimates from estimation engineers and compile final bid documents.

Support proposal formatting, editing, and submission logistics.

Contribute to business development by extracting data from past projects for future proposals.

Handle related administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar proposal/tender coordination role.

Experience working on complex tenders with multiple stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and editing.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively under pressure.
