Job Summary:
Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager – Front Office to oversee and enhance guest services at one of the region’s most luxurious resorts. The successful candidate will ensure seamless Front Office operations, drive service excellence, and act as a key leader in upholding Jumeirah’s legendary guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily delivery of front office services, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of guest satisfaction.

  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring prompt resolution in line with hotel policies.

  • Support team development through coaching, team-building, and performance monitoring.

  • Promote upselling initiatives and contribute to revenue maximization while aligning with finance policies.

  • Attend daily briefings, supervise check-in/out processes, and ensure overall cleanliness and presentation of public areas.

  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline guest experiences.

  • Serve as Duty Manager when required, assuming leadership in safety, guest relations, and operational matters.

  • Champion continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to service procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial front office role at a 5-star luxury resort.

  • Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in an additional international language is preferred.

  • International hospitality experience is required; Middle East experience is a plus.

  • Proven leadership, guest service, and problem-solving abilities.
