Job Title: Front Office Receptionist & Administrative Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist & Administrative Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide visitors courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department

Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding to relevant departments

Assist in maintaining the company calendar, scheduling meetings, and tracking upcoming events

Facilitate internal communication by managing emails, phone calls, and faxes

Provide administrative assistance such as printing, scanning, filing, and collating documents

Support in-house staff with organizational tasks to maintain office workflow
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative in a corporate setup

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
