Job Title: Packing Associate 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged correctly, maintaining inventory for packaging materials, conducting quality control checks, and working closely with the production team to achieve daily packing goals. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to the overall success of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Assist in packaging products according to company standards, including labeling, sealing, and ensuring items are secure for safe transportation

• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects or issues, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor for immediate resolution

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels), notifying the supervisor when supplies need replenishment

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the packing area clean and organized, properly disposing of packaging waste and materials

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow

• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, reporting any safety concerns or incidents

• Efficiency: Look for opportunities to improve packing processes, suggesting ideas to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in packing or warehouse roles is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
