Job Title: Site Logistics Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are hiring a Site Logistics Supervisor to manage logistics operations for civil construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction logistics, material coordination, and handling of heavy machinery, with the ability to lead teams and ensure smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics activities on-site

• Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment

• Oversee operations and movement of heavy machinery including cranes, loaders, and excavators

• Collaborate with project engineers, site supervisors, and procurement teams for efficient material flow

• Monitor machinery usage and manage maintenance schedules

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and material usage

• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations

• Lead and coordinate logistics staff, equipment operators, and helpers

• Support site mobilization, demobilization, and setup tasks

• Resolve logistics issues to prevent project delays

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience in the UAE construction industry

• Background in civil construction and heavy machinery coordination

• Knowledge of inventory management and site operations

• Strong leadership skills and ability to perform under pressure

• Understanding of HSE practices on construction sites in the UAE

• UAE driving license preferred

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with logistics documentation
