About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join our dedicated team at MBMCS for the Academic Year 2025–2026. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are committed to inclusive teaching, child development, and supporting diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to students with special educational needs
-
Set clear, achievable learning targets and regularly assess progress
-
Maintain high expectations of students’ behavior and academic performance
-
Identify and implement strategies for SEN students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
-
Utilize varied teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and SEN coordinators
Assessment & Reporting
-
Assess students’ progress systematically and adapt instruction accordingly
-
Record and report student achievements and learning needs
-
Communicate regularly with parents, maintaining a collaborative partnership
-
Prepare student progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences
Curriculum & Professional Development
-
Contribute to curriculum development for inclusive education practices
-
Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices
-
Support school-wide initiatives, events, and community engagement activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor of Education in Special Education (or equivalent)
-
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar SEN teaching role
-
Proven experience working with students whose English is not their first language

Strong knowledge of primary-level pedagogy and inclusive teaching practices
