Hilton is hiring a Guest Service Agent for its Dubai Jumeirah location. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service from check-in to check-out and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal for candidates with front office or customer-facing experience, this is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional reception and guest services

• Handle guest check-in/out processes efficiently

• Resolve guest queries and escalate feedback to the Guest Service Manager

• Promote hotel services through up-selling techniques

• Maintain accurate financial transactions including currency exchange and card handling

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

• Support night team training and assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor

• High level of grooming and presentation standards

• Ability to multi-task under pressure with attention to detail

• Familiarity with hotel room categories, rates, and promotions

• Competent IT skills and knowledge of front office systems

Preferred but not required:

• Cash handling experience

• Background in hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors

• Conflict resolution training or experience
