The Human Resources Manager will serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), collaborating closely with leadership to align business objectives with HR strategies. In this full-time, on-site role, you will drive HR programs, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational growth. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to shaping the culture and success of the company by providing HR support on people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, offering tailored HR support and insights.

Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development, while supporting leadership in performance management.

Employee Relations: Address concerns, mediate conflict, and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Change Management: Lead and support organizational changes, offering guidance on managing transitions and resistance.

HR Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and update HR policies as necessary.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention) and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives to leadership.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Experience: 8+ years in HR business partner or generalist roles, with experience in organizational development and talent management.

Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze data to influence decisions.

Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
