Position Title: Cluster Manager – Guest Services

Position Overview:
A prestigious private aviation company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager – Guest Services to oversee and elevate luxury customer experience across multiple Fixed Base Operator (FBO) locations. This leadership role ensures that every guest touchpoint—from valet to lounge—is delivered to Forbes hospitality standards and reflects the excellence expected in elite aviation environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage guest-facing services across FBO locations, including valet parking, front desk, baggage handling, VIP lounges, and concierge

Ensure world-class guest experiences through consistent implementation of luxury service protocols

Implement SOPs, conduct staff training, and lead service audits to ensure premium standards are upheld

Resolve VIP guest issues with discretion, urgency, and professionalism

Collaborate closely with flight operations, ground services, and hospitality teams for seamless guest journeys

Supervise vehicle bookings, valet operations, and baggage logistics

Mentor and inspire teams across multiple sites to meet service KPIs and brand excellence goals
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, VIP aviation, or a 5-star hotel/airport guest service leadership role

Strong knowledge of valet coordination, reception operations, VIP handling, and luxury service booking systems

Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multi-location teams and operate in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
