Modon is seeking a Senior HR Associate – Employee Experience to enhance the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. This full-time role ensures that HR policies, procedures, and practices align with Modon Holding’s strategic objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Employee Experience Specialist will drive employee engagement, manage HR governance, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This position will also involve organizing employee welfare events, managing benefits, and contributing to HR certifications and awards.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Structure & HR Governance:

Continuously review and update the organizational structure and department charts in alignment with manpower plans, hiring, exits, and transfers.

Develop, refine, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and process maps.

Maintain an HR Risk Register in coordination with internal audit and compliance teams.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
-
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Handle terminations, redundancies, and develop a Redundancy Management Plan when required.

Address MOHRE labor complaints, legal cases, and employment tribunals in collaboration with Legal and Government Relations teams.

Draft and distribute corporate HR communications such as policy updates and announcements.
Employee Services & Benefits Management:

Administer Health/Medical & Life Insurance plans (additions, deletions, renewals, claims) to avoid penalties.

Oversee employee business travel arrangements (flights, hotels), ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Process employee requests for business cards, letters, certifications.

Verify and approve benefits payments in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits team.
Employee Experience & Engagement:

Organize corporate HR events (e.g., Ramadan gatherings, Sports Day) and assess engagement through feedback.

Map employee experience journeys (onboarding, career development, offboarding) to improve HR processes.
HR Audits & Compliance:
-
Ensure closure of internal/external HR audits and HSQE audits.

Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP HR, ensuring compliance with budgets and timely processing.
HR Reporting & Systems Improvement:

Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Propose enhancements to HR systems (SAP) for improved efficiency.

Develop HR communications and memos to keep employees informed.
Other Responsibilities:

Support HR projects as assigned.

Stay updated on HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Information Security requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or Management. Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) preferred. HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) are an advantage.
Experience:
-
5-7 years of HR experience, with expertise in Employee Relations, Engagement, Onboarding/Offboarding, HR Policies & Compliance, Medical Insurance & Benefits Administration, HR Audits & Risk Management.
