Sundus is seeking a Denials Specialist with a strong background in hospital operations and revenue cycle management. This contract-based position in Abu Dhabi is ideal for professionals experienced in denials mitigation, post-payment audits, and advanced hospital billing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mitigate insurance denials and post-payment audits in line with hospital revenue cycle objectives

• Use advanced hospital billing systems to investigate and resolve denied claims

• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to enhance claims accuracy and reduce denials volume

• Lead denial management initiatives and analyze trends to prevent recurring issues

• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Report performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives in denial handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related healthcare field

• Minimum 5 years experience in hospital operations with billing and denial management exposure

• At least 3 years in a team lead role, ideally in a hospital or healthcare payer environment

• Certified in clinical coding or medical auditing (required)

• Inpatient Clinical Coding Certification (mandatory)

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
