A fast-growing beauty and lifestyle brand in Dubai is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who’s both a creator and strategist. If you have a deep love for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and beauty trends—and the skills to produce viral content with minimal support—this role puts you at the center of digital storytelling and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation

Build platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn)

Independently create content using CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.

Ensure consistent visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and campaigns

Drive engagement and community growth through creative formats
Platform & Community Management
-
Schedule and post daily content across all social channels
-
Lead community engagement via DMs, comments, and reactions
-
Optimize content using insights and algorithm knowledge
Trendspotting & Content Innovation
-
Spot and act on viral trends, memes, and content formats
-
Constantly consume content to inspire fresh creative ideas
-
Benchmark competitor activity in beauty/lifestyle spaces
Influencer & UGC Integration

Partner with influencers and repurpose UGC to reinforce brand voice

Provide creative briefs aligned with campaign goals
Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs (reach, saves, shares, engagement, conversions)

Analyze content performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Who You Are:

A natural content creator—already active and successful on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
-
Deeply aesthetic with a strong sense of brand identity and visual storytelling

Fluent in the digital ecosystem—comfortable with editing apps, analytics, and trends
-
Independent, agile, and proactive—you create, execute, and adapt quickly

Passionate about the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industry
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing
-
Proven record of building and engaging audiences on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat
-
Fluent in English & Arabic

Skilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express
-
Experienced in analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
-
Background as a creator/influencer is a plus
