Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an Executive Secretary to support our contracting company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks including file management, document handling, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and support internal communication between departments.

Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Handle basic accounting duties such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and payment records.

Support the project team with timely documentation and follow-ups.

Ensure all administrative processes are streamlined and efficient.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
