Job Title: Executive Secretary

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an Executive Secretary to support our contracting company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. If you are well-organized, tech-savvy, and available to join immediately, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including file management, document handling, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and support internal communication between departments.

  • Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Handle basic accounting duties such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and payment records.

  • Support the project team with timely documentation and follow-ups.

  • Ensure all administrative processes are streamlined and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong data entry and documentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Immediate availability is a strong advantage.

  • Industry background: Contracting / Construction.

  • Location: Dubai

  • Nationality Preferred: Philippines
