Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking an experienced General Foreman to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, emergency callouts, and site operations for The Real Estate Holding Company LLC. This role includes fulfilling material requisitions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of emergencies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in facilities management, particularly in MEP and Civil systems, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Respond promptly to emergency callouts and facilitate efficient resolutions

Coordinate with technicians, safety officers, and team leaders for site operations

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables
-
Conduct market research for cost-effective procurement of goods
-
Promote safe work practices and adhere to company policies

Prepare necessary reports and assist with administrative duties

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
Education & Qualifications:

Diploma in a technical trade or equivalent education/work experience

Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office

Strong knowledge of MEP and Civil systems, services, and spare parts
Experience:

10+ years of direct experience in facilities management

Proven experience in customer service and emergency callouts
Skills:

Knowledge of local market suppliers and service providers for FM materials

Proficiency in CAFM systems for daily operations

Strong customer service and communication skills
