Known for managing iconic international and homegrown brands such as Candylicious, Angelina, Karak House, Social House, and Gia, Alabbar Enterprises delivers premier hospitality experiences across the UAE and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a respected dining establishment and set the tone for every guest’s experience. As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome, effective reservation handling, and smooth communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers warmly and courteously upon arrival.

• Manage reservations using the restaurant’s online CRM system.

• Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff for efficient service flow.

• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Take and relay information about allergies and dietary requests to service staff.

• Ensure guests are informed about menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.

• Accommodate special seating or service requests when possible.

• Answer incoming calls following the company’s hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hostess or hospitality role is preferred.

• Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Calm and composed under pressure with strong organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with good knowledge of reservation systems and guest management.

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating welcoming dining experiences.
