DC8 Poly Clinic, a reputable healthcare provider in Dubai, is looking for a qualified HR professional to join its team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector who can manage human resources functions in a fast-paced, medically driven environment.
As a member of the HR team, you will oversee employee relations, HR compliance, and personnel policies, ensuring all functions align with healthcare industry standards. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, effective communication, and organizational skills to support clinic staff and operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across the clinic.

Oversee employee relations, personnel management, and benefits administration.

Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.

Serve as a liaison between clinic staff and management regarding HR concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Human Resources and HR management.

Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and labor regulations.

Strong skills in personnel management and conflict resolution.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
