Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.

• Recommend ideal destinations, accommodations, and experiences to enhance client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best deals and exclusive packages.

• Manage all travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and permits, ensuring smooth journeys for clients.

• Stay informed on global travel trends, safety regulations, and tourism updates to offer relevant advice.

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries and efficiently handle any travel-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in travel consulting or a similar customer-focused role.

• Industry certification (e.g., from The Travel Institute) is a strong advantage.
