IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for their upscale voco® Dubai property, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant hospitality and entertainment scene. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with exceptional attention to cleanliness and detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all rooms are clean, well-maintained, and perfectly presented for guests.

• Assist guests with needs such as amenities or directions.

• Report room status, issues, and guest feedback to supervisors.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies to minimize waste.

• Help guests recover lost or misplaced items.

• Participate in periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical fitness is essential; expect to be on your feet most of the day.

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and handle heavy objects as needed.

• Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, and performing physical tasks.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
