We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and resident engagement within our luxury residential apartment communities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality, operations, and community-building skills to ensure a high-quality living experience for all residents.

As the face of the community, the Community Manager will manage facility services, coordinate with vendors, lead resident relations, and implement community initiatives aimed at enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of luxury apartment communities, maintaining high service and facility standards.

• Serve as the primary contact for residents; resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.

• Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

• Organize resident-focused events and programs to build a sense of community.

• Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and community-related budgets.

• Monitor and report on operational performance and resident satisfaction metrics.

• Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with legal and housing regulations.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of UAE-based experience in community or facility management, preferably in luxury residential settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and third-party service providers.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property regulations and community standards.

• Proficiency in resident and facility management tools and software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Must currently be based in the UAE.

Salary:

AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
