Role Summary:
GSS is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the key link between customers and the service department. You will handle service intake, technical explanations, coordination with technicians, and customer relationship management to ensure a superior service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs

Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service timelines
-
Communicate with technicians and relay diagnostic findings to clients
-
Explain service issues and recommendations clearly and accurately
-
Manage appointments and workshop workflow
-
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and customer communication logs
-
Upsell preventive maintenance or value-added services
-
Follow up on ongoing service status and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications:
-
Diploma or ITI in Automotive Technology (preferred)
-
3–5 years experience as a Service Advisor in a multi-brand automotive workshop in the UAE
-
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and procedures across multiple brands

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
-
Experience with Workshop Management Software (WMS) and CRM tools
-
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
