Job Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to contribute to the daily operations of a growing HR department. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative processes within a fast-paced, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., via BAYZAT)

Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, memos, and certificates

Ensure up-to-date, compliant HR documentation
Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Post job ads, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
-
Support the onboarding process and orientation
-
Help build a talent pipeline
Employee Relations
-
Assist with organizing employee engagement and training activities
-
Track attendance, leave, and performance reviews
-
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries
Front Desk Support (As Needed)

Cover reception duties when required

Welcome guests and manage hospitality tasks

Handle incoming calls and meeting room bookings
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum 2 years experience in HR or administrative support
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Discreet, organized, and detail-oriented
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., BAYZAT)
-
Flexibility to support after-hours calls or hospitality functions
