Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on procurement, shipping, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in logistics, SAP systems, and bilingual communication (English & Russian).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete supply chain process, ensuring smooth flow of materials from suppliers to customers

• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely shipment and delivery

• Handle import/export, cross-trade, one-pack, and resale orders with precision and compliance

• Liaise with the procurement team to prepare commercial offers, analyze pricing, and communicate purchasing arrangements with customers

• Prepare documentation including invoices, Certificates of Origin (Ministry of Economy/Chamber of Commerce), and customs/shipping paperwork

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers; maintain internal registers for orders, suppliers, sales, and calendars

• Maintain compliance with INCO terms, ISO standards, and company SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or general trading sectors

• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and ERP procurement systems

• Solid understanding of INCO terms, ISO requirements, and contract management

• Familiarity with cross-trade logistics, customs clearance, and documentation practices
