Are you an experienced software developer with a passion for clean code and a desire to shape the future of AI? Join Outlier as a Coding Expert and help train advanced AI models by providing insights and feedback that make generative systems smarter and more capable.

What You’ll Do

• Craft coding questions and detailed answers in Arabic to help train AI language models.

• Evaluate and rank AI-generated code, offering critical insights to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate asynchronously on projects involving complex computer science and software engineering tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) – UAE dialect preferred.

• Strong coding skills in one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog.

• Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and technical writing in Arabic.

• Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science (especially from a selective institution).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience writing technical explanations for educational or AI training purposes.

• Familiarity with AI, natural language processing (NLP), or language models is a plus, but not required.
