Chef Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Coordinator to join our newly-launched Epicure Studio in Dubai. As the first point of contact for visitors and a key support for events and daily operations, this role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, F&B, or events and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors professionally and manage incoming calls and inquiries.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Epicure Studio, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.

Coordinate customer, vendor, and supplier communications efficiently.

Receive, log, and distribute incoming invoices and documents daily.

Plan, create, and approve food and drink menus for events and guests.

Order food and beverage supplies and manage inventory.
-
Maintain accurate records of purchases and sales.

Assist with event planning, execution, and follow-up.

Monitor budgets and manage cost controls for hospitality and event activities.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience accepted.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in hospitality, F&B, or event coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Friendly demeanor with a client-oriented attitude.
