Enhance Fitness is a fast-growing technology-driven fitness company headquartered in the UAE. We specialize in providing top-tier certified personal trainers on-demand through our innovative mobile app, offering clients the flexibility to train anytime and anywhere — whether at home, in a park, or at one of our partner gyms.

We are looking for passionate and committed Certified Personal Trainers to join our expanding team across the UAE (including Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi). As part of a dynamic company revolutionizing the fitness industry, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their health goals while enjoying the support of an innovative and collaborative team environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals

• Motivate clients with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Use the Enhance trainer app to manage session bookings, cancellations, and client tracking

• Prepare client training sessions in advance and stay organized with your monthly schedule

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding session details, including location and timing

• Track client progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct follow-up assessments

• Promote healthy habits and provide professional advice and fitness plans

• Collaborate with internal teams and attend weekly meetings at the Enhance office

• Represent Enhance with pride in branded apparel during all sessions

• Support the marketing team by participating in workout videos and promotional content

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain company equipment and gear responsibly

• Support broader company initiatives and act as an ambassador for the Enhance brand

• Stay connected with the Head of Trainers for ongoing support and performance review

Qualifications:

• Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Physical Education

• Valid First Aid Certification and EBBF (Emirates Bodybuilding Federation) registration

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

• Experience or specialization in one or more of the following:

  • Swimming

  • Yoga

  • Tennis

  • MMA

  • Boxing

  • Bodybuilding

  • Injury Rehabilitation

  • Post-Maternity Training
