Murdoch University Dubai is seeking an experienced and proactive Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions for its dynamic and growing campus. Located in Dubai Knowledge Park, the university is a branch campus of Murdoch University, Australia, and serves a diverse student population with a strong commitment to academic excellence and innovation.

In this critical role, you will ensure the university’s adherence to UAE and Emirate of Dubai higher education regulations, including those of the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). Your leadership will support the systematic collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data, helping drive continuous improvement across academic and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance activities with UAE and Dubai educational regulatory authorities (CAA and KHDA).

• Manage the university’s quality assurance frameworks and reporting procedures.

• Oversee institutional data management and regulatory reporting for accreditation and compliance.

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across all university departments.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and academic standards.

• Prepare reports, self-study documents, and submissions for audits and reaccreditations.

• Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes and their implications for university operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• A relevant undergraduate degree is required.

• A postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and compliance within the higher education sector.

• Strong understanding of UAE and Emirate of Dubai higher education regulatory environments.

• Proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing deadlines effectively.
