Role Overview:
KYB Middle East is seeking an Office Administrator cum Compliance Officer to support day-to-day operations, HR compliance, and management activities. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure smooth office functioning, assist with HR duties, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Compliance & Administration:

Monitor adherence to HR policies and internal controls

Track and control air ticket bookings for business trips
-
Oversee the renewal process of employee insurance
-
Manage employee annual leaves, sick leaves, and absences
2. Office Operations & Support:
-
Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
-
Greet and attend to visitors and guests
-
Provide assistance during annual exhibitions
-
Support top management with administrative and operational tasks
3. Safety & Employee Guidance:
-
Organize and oversee fire drills and office safety procedures
-
Offer employee support and guidance in various matters
4. Sales & Business Trip Coordination:
-
Assist sales managers with business trip coordination and schedules
-
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

College degree
-
UAE-based work experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language proficiency is a plus

Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail

Confident, flexible, and personable with a proactive attitude
