Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support our finance team in evaluating financial statements and ensuring the smooth execution of daily financial processes. The ideal candidate will assist with month-end closing procedures, tax computations and returns, and play a key role in facilitating the yearly audit process. This role is essential for preparing accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial statements to streamline daily financial processes and ensure accuracy.

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and contribute to the overall financial reporting process.

• Assist in tax computations and returns to ensure timely compliance with regulations.

• Facilitate the yearly audit process by providing accurate financial transactions and balances for independent evaluation.

• Prepare accurate financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing statements.

• Follow standard business and finance protocols to ensure regular disclosure of the organization’s financial reports.

• Implement financial policies to guide the company’s fiscal activities and ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven track record in finance-related work or academic experience in the finance sector.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecasts, and profitability analysis.

• Attention to detail with the ability to make sound financial decisions.

• Proficient in using software like Microsoft Suite for preparing reports and financial statements.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with external stakeholders.
