Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming experience while supporting internal staff with general administrative tasks. You will also manage incoming calls, assist with scheduling, and maintain efficient communication across departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide visitors according to set company protocols.

  • Support internal teams by handling general organizational and administrative tasks.

  • Redirect incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel based on priority and need.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meeting schedules, and assist with event planning.

  • Provide visitors and clients with clear and professional information about the company.

  • Handle office tasks such as printing, scanning, collating, and filing documents to assist team operations.

  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of front desk operations and contribute to the overall administrative efficiency.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with professional vocabulary and corporate etiquette.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Skilled at task management and prioritization to enhance team productivity.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment.

  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and support various departments.

  • Professional appearance and excellent command of formal communication standards.
