Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced and passionate Faculty Member to teach and mentor undergraduate (BBA) and master’s-level students. The candidate will engage in high-impact teaching, research activities, curriculum development, and contribute to the university’s academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate (BBA) and master’s courses in areas like:

  • Marketing

  • Finance

  • Management

  • Strategy

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Other related fields

• Design syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with accreditation standards.

• Apply interactive and practical teaching methods to engage students.

• Mentor students academically and advise on career and research opportunities.

• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

• Participate in curriculum design, program reviews, and academic committees.

• Assist with accreditation and quality assurance processes.

• Contribute to student recruitment and outreach activities.

• Build industry partnerships and integrate real-world practices into learning.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Education:

  • PhD in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related field.

  • (Exceptional Master’s degree holders with significant teaching and industry experience may also be considered.)

• Experience:

  • 2–5 years of university/college-level teaching experience.

  • Relevant industry experience is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong academic, research, and teaching background.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student and faculty community.

• Familiarity with technology-enabled teaching (e.g., e-learning platforms, blended learning).
