Job Title: Security Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets by monitoring activities, conducting security checks, and responding to incidents swiftly and effectively. This role requires a strong sense of observation, adherence to laws and regulations, and the ability to operate security systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct searches of individuals and property as needed, following all relevant legal protocols and company policies.

Maintain detailed logs and reports documenting security activities, incidents, observations, and corrective actions taken.

Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems to proactively detect and prevent unauthorized activities.

Manage access to buildings, facilities, and events to ensure a secure environment and controlled entry.

Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies.
Skills and Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the capability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

High attention to detail and excellent observational skills for identifying potential security risks.

Proficiency in operating security software, surveillance systems, and related technology.

Good understanding of security regulations, including search and seizure laws and procedures.

Basic computer literacy for security report writing and system operations.
