Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Bitrix Integrator/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bitrix24, particularly in the on-premise version, and will play a key role in enhancing our CRM system and business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integration, optimization, and automation of various systems while developing new functionalities and ensuring the efficient operation of the Bitrix24 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Bitrix24 with CRM entity cards, smart processes, and other business systems.

• Develop and optimize custom modules, components, and controllers for the Bitrix24 platform.

• Design, implement, and fine-tune new subsystems and tools to automate business processes.

• Work with PHP 7+, Laravel, Symfony, MySQL, and integrate with external systems using Webhooks and REST API.

• Develop custom functionality, troubleshoot and debug existing code, and implement software releases.

• Create JavaScript events, smart processes, and ensure seamless interaction with backend systems.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the UI/UX for new functionalities within Bitrix24.

• Write, maintain, and document code, ensuring high quality and performance standards.

• Utilize GIT for version control and follow best practices for software development and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in web development, particularly with PHP 7+, MySQL, Laravel, and Symfony.

• Strong knowledge of Bitrix24 (on-premise), including integrations with CRM, tasks, and notifications.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue), and jQuery.

• Familiarity with 1C-Bitrix certifications and relevant exams.

• Experience with developing custom solutions, third-party API integrations, and code refactoring.

• Proficiency in using version control systems such as GIT.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and relational databases.

• A proactive approach to solving problems, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

• A strong desire to continue learning and evolving with the latest technologies.
