Branch Supervisor

The Branch Supervisor at Furless Permanent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, maintaining high service standards, driving sales, and managing staff performance. This is a leadership role that requires strong operational and customer-focused skills to meet business objectives and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the front desk and adherence to company policies.

    • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

    • Ensure timely opening and closing of the branch.

    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels within the branch.

    • Ensure compliance with DHA salon regulations, including hygiene, sanitation, and licensing.

    • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

  2. Customer Service & Client Experience:

    • Ensure an exceptional client experience through high service standards.

    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

    • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

    • Monitor client feedback and take corrective actions as needed.

  3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Drive retail and service sales with effective sales strategies.

    • Ensure staff is knowledgeable about treatments, products, and promotions.

    • Motivate and train staff to achieve sales and performance targets.

    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

    • Identify local marketing opportunities to increase foot traffic.

  4. Staff Supervision & Development:

    • Supervise and manage therapists and support staff.

    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

    • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure a positive work environment.

    • Ensure staff adherence to grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards.

    • Ensure staff are trained and updated on DHA hygiene and safety regulations.

  5. Inventory & Stock Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring availability of products and consumables.

    • Monitor product usage and minimize wastage.

    • Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock.

    • Conduct regular audits for accurate stock records.

  6. Compliance with DHA Regulations:

    • Ensure the branch meets DHA salon and hygiene standards.

    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

    • Ensure therapists and staff maintain valid DHA licenses and certifications.

    • Conduct regular inspections and address any non-compliance issues.

  7. Reporting & Financial Management:

    • Track and report key performance metrics (revenue, client retention, staff productivity).

    • Ensure accurate daily cash handling and financial transactions.

    • Work with the finance team to manage petty cash and minimize expenses.

    • Identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics center.

  • Education: Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Knowledge & Compliance:

    • Strong understanding of DHA regulations for salons and wellness centers.

    • Ability to implement and enforce hygiene, health, and safety protocols.

  • Sales-driven with a proven track record in revenue generation.
